RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR
PAVILION USE

    1. Reservations Required
      • The pavilion is available for use by Carolina Marina members only.
      • Reservations must be made in advance and approved by Marina staff.
    2. Cleanliness and Trash Removal
      • Members are responsible for cleaning the pavilion after use.
      • All trash must be bagged and disposed of in designated bins.
      • Leftover food or personal belongings must be removed.
    3. No Overnight Use
      • The pavilion is for daytime use only and must be vacated by 12:00 midnight.
    4. Alcohol
      • Alcoholic beverages are permitted but must comply with local laws and Marina policies.
    5. Decorations and Equipment
      • Temporary decorations are allowed but must not damage the pavilion (e.g., no nails, staples, or tape on surfaces).
      • Grills or open flames are prohibited unless authorized by Marina staff.
    6. Noise Levels
      • Music and activities must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect other members and nearby properties.
      • No live bands or DJs are allowed unless pre-approved.
    7. Supervision of Guests
      • Members are responsible for supervising their guests, including children and pets.
      • Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
    8. Prohibited Activities
      • Activities that may damage the pavilion or its surroundings (e.g., climbing on structures, roughhousing) are not allowed.
      • Any activity that violates Marina rules or local laws is prohibited.
    9. Reporting Issues
      • Any damage to the pavilion or its facilities must be reported to Marina staff immediately.
      • Members may be held responsible for repair costs caused by misuse.
    10. Cancellation Policy
      • Members must notify the Marina of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to use the facility.
    11. Liability Disclaimer
      • Carolina Marina is not responsible for lost or stolen items or injuries sustained while using the pavilion.
    12. Enforcement
      • Marina staff reserves the right to enforce all rules and terminate the use of the pavilion if rules are violated.
