Effective November 10, 2016, Duke Power has informed us that only one lift (boat or jet ski) per port may be transferred to new leaseholders (Based on Dock assigned to that particular Lot). Upon approval of potential leaseholders’ application for campsite lease transfer, Carolina Marina personnel will inform you of the new ruling and how it affects your lease.
