MAINTENANCE/GROUNDSCarolina Marina's Maintenance/Grounds team takes care of all of the buildings, docks, grounds, and landscaping within the Carolina Marina Complex. This includes all of the campground lots (for both the original campground and Mountain View section), as well as the slips, buildings on the premises; Marina Store, Drystack Facility, Service Department, Lakeside Special Events Center, and restroom facilities.

Application for Improvement/Building Permit - Campground Lots Use this form to submit permit requests to Maintenance/Grounds via fax or regular mail. This form can also be scanned and e-mailed to maint@carolinamarina.com.
